2026 Projects
INSPIRE
INSPIRE is a comprehensive certification program that equips teachers with practical, research‑backed strategies for supporting neurodivergent learners and fostering inclusive, strengths‑based classrooms. It provides educators with the tools to implement accommodations respectfully and confidently, without stigma.
Event Horizon
Event Horizon is designed to educate players and promote understanding through a fun and interactive experience about the strengths and challenges that neurodivergent individuals have. Each scenario is carefully written in order to promote understanding of neurodivergent individuals by neurotypical individuals and vice versa, addressing the double empathy problem.
TransitBuddy
TransitBuddy is an app designed to make public transportation easier and less stressful, especially for neurodivergent riders. It provides clear directions, helpful voice instructions, language options, and alerts to help users navigate routes and transfers with confidence.
Open Circle
Open Circle is a collection of resources designed to create a buddy system for non-speaking autistic elementary school students. Our mission is to promote the philosophy that every child should receive the opportunity to participate, connect, and succeed. Our website serves as a guide that brings together resources including a directory of schools and other local programs around the world that support neurodiversity, and communication tools for practicing social skills. Through social media, we collaborate with organizations and groups that share our commitment to neurodiversity and inclusion. We also focus on connecting with elementary schools interested in implementing an inclusive buddy program to foster meaningful peer relationships.
AXON
AXON's mission is to connect non-English-speaking autistic people and their families with organizations that can provide the care and services they need without barriers such as predatory organizations and confusing directories. We employ an intuitive matching system which pairs users with local and personalized resources that have been vetted to promote the strength based model of neurodiversity. Our team has distributed resources in community centers like libraries and clinics across California and Mexico, and we currently include English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese specialized resources in our database. As of September 2026, we have paired over a thousand families with local resources on our website!
ItTakesAVillage
ItTakesAVillage is a community-centered platform designed to connect individuals and families in the autism and ADHD community with educational, recreational, and support resources while creating meaningful connections through group chats, private messaging, friendships, and sharing moments. Built on the principles of Universal Design for Learning, the platform makes information accessible in ways that work best for each user while offering personalized, strength-based tools.
Project Ignite
Project Ignite (SNP-REACH Group F2) is an organization dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding neurodiversity and helping prevent neurodivergent burnout among high school students. We provide educational resources, including information about neurodiversity and an interactive burnout simulator featuring hand-drawn art and fact-checked scenarios, alongside other initiatives that promote understanding and support for neurodivergent students!
Fable Forest
Fable Forest aims to support dyslexic elementary level children who need more resources and accommodations personalized to their learning styles when developing basic foundational skills. We created an entertaining and educational webgame to help dyslexic elementary students enrich their learning and research papers accessible to everyone to learn more about dyslexia in an academic setting.
