Isabella Guan
NNEA Vice-Chair
Isabella Guan is a rising junior at Lake Washington High School in Seattle, WA. Newly involved with NNEA, Isabella is passionate about empowering individuals with neurodiversity and advocating for them as well and hopes to further that while apart of NNEA. She co-founded the NeuroDiversity Empowerment, a non-profit organization, supporting neurodiverse individuals through various community programs. In her school’s ND Empowerment club, Isabella tutors neurodiverse youth in the Transition program and promotes inclusivity for all students. Outside of school she is an avid fencer and loves to draw and write.

Maxwell Palance
NNEA Co-Chair
Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as a toddler, Maxwell spent much of his childhood working with dedicated teachers and therapists to learn to navigate challenges and embrace the strengths of Neurodiversity. Today, Maxwell is a NASA N3 Intern and Scholar, an accomplished mobile app developer, a USA Computing Olympiad Platinum Level Computer Programmer, and Co-Chair of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project's Network for K-12 Neurodiversity Education and Advocacy. He actively explores innovative ways to harness technology for meaningful impact, guided by a belief that human-centered design can unlock the strengths of Neurodiversity.

Alina Samiullah
NNEA Co-Chair
Alina Samiullah is a senior at Portola High School in southern California and is serving as NNEA's Vice Chair. Her interest in neurodiversity sparked after SNP-REACH in 2022, where she felt to make a difference in the world of neurodiversity advocacy and joined NNEA serving as the Speaker Coordination lead and a Hispanic Initiatives member. She strives to make her school environment more welcoming and inclusive for people of all neurotypes through her school's buddy club. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and occasionally playing badminton.
