Abbie Wang
Speaker Coordination Lead
Abbie Wang is a senior at Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, CA and is currently NNEA's Speaker Coordination Subcommittee Lead. Her passion for neurodiversity advocacy stems from experiences of neurodiverse family members and attending SNP-REACH after her sophomore year. She joined NNEA after attending SNP-REACH to be further involved with advocacy. She also serves as the National Vice President and Irvine Blue Branch President for the organization Autism Peer 1 on 1, where she runs a year-round "Social Through Tennis” program in Irvine for neurodiverse youth. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog, spending time with friends, and creating art.

Elizabeth Chai
Speaker Coordination
Elizabeth Chai is a sophomore at Royal West Academy in Quebec, serving on the Speaker Coordination Sub-Committee of NNEA. She is passionate about psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and enjoys playing badminton, the guitar, fencing, visual arts, and listening to rock music. Growing up with a neurodiverse sibling, Elizabeth became aware of the unique strengths that neurodiverse individuals bring, as well as the ways they could be better supported in schools. Her curiosity about how people think, feel, and experience the world led her to take part in neurodiversity-focused programs and peer groups, where she has connected and supported others. Attending SNP-REACH 2025 deepened her understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of advocacy. Through NNEA, Elizabeth hopes to gather the skills needed to help build more inclusive environments for neurodiverse individuals both in her community and beyond.
